How does minute counting work?
Time is calculated exclusively on the actual duration of conversations. We don't count waiting times, transfers or periods of inactivity.
What happens if I exceed the included minutes?
You simply continue to use the service without interruption. At the end of the month, you will be charged the amount corresponding to the extra minutes consumed, based on your plan's rate.
Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, with immediate effect. There are no penalties or hidden costs for these changes.
Does the activation cost also include configuration?
Yes. The activation cost covers the initial setup of the assistant, basic configuration and integration with your main systems. The level of assistance during this phase varies based on the chosen plan, with the Enterprise option including a fully managed service.
How does cancellation work?
Simple and transparent. You can deactivate the service at any time from the customer area or by contacting support. Cancellation will be effective from the end of the current billing period. There are no exit fees or contractual penalties.
What happens at the end of the month if I haven't used all the minutes?
The minutes included in the plan reset at the end of each billing cycle. We've designed plans to offer the best value for money based on the typical usage of different activities. Our team can help you choose the plan that best suits your real needs.
